Ordering Policy

All orders have a processing time of 1- 3 business days prior to shipping.

Loudcustoms.com can only process orders on normal business days (mon-fri) holidays excluded.
Loudcustoms.com can not guarantee same day shipping.

Return Policy
Loudcustoms is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable*
A 20% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policy
Shipping to and from Loudcustoms is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location all items will be shipped insured.

Warranty Policy

All products on Loudcustoms.com carry a 1 year limited warranty through Loudcustoms.com. This warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, water damage or unauthorized repair. Any product returned to Loudcustom.com for warranty service will be tested and any products found to be nondefective or abused will be charged a $25 service fee and returned to the owner.
